We’ve been on a bit of a wavelength lately of making sure that we all acknowledge that this game only happens if we have people willing to bring a deck to the table, sit down with us, and play. On that continued note, Andy brings a collection of thoughts from a decade of experience in bringing new players into the game.
From teaching them the mechanics of the game, giving them a reason to be excited about Magic, finding something for people to identify with, and cultivating hospitable games, Andy and Kyle are opening up what it has looked like to bring new players fully into the EDH fold.
